SUMMARY:Dallas Southside WTP
DESCRIPTION:Meet at Home Depot on the SE corner of I 20 and South Cooper at 7:15 AM. Then proceed to the Southside WTP \nDallas Southside has a regulated gated entrance so there must be an approved birder in each vehicle for entry\, thus the need for a reservation prior to the field trip. We will need 2 volunteer drivers. The roads can be a bit rough in places. We always see some great birds. Lots of water fowl\, birds of prey and passerines. We almost always see a Crested Caracara and a bald eagle! What will the next surprise be? Come and find out! \nSince we will be in close quarters while carpooling your driver may request that you wear a mask while in the car and you must be vaccinated for COVID in order to participate. Please be prepared to show the card you received showing proof.
